A trip to Sicily with our VW campervan (T1 SO44)

We'd been planning another longer trip in our campervan for a while. This time we chose Sicily. The plan was to drive from Grafenau to Genoa, then take the ferry to the island, drive around it, and perhaps return by road. Sicily turned out to be bigger than we'd expected, and we ended up spending more days exploring the island, so we decided to take the ferry back as well. Our campervan got us to Sicily and back without any problems. Unfortunately, on the outbound journey, we had a rather rough encounter with a scooter in Genoa. Our campervan will therefore need some repairs.
